Being positive about a challenge, believing that you will be successful afterwards, not only inspires your team but also prepares you to adapt quickly in order to conquer.
On a personal level, it is said that, "it is not what we do once in a while that shapes our lives but what we do consistently”.
It is what we do when we don’t feel like doing the right things.
Be consistent with your committed actions and watch things improve.
Consistency is an important leading indicator to being successful in your craft.
Show me a succeaaful business and I will show you a business that has been consistent in delivery.
Consistency is underrated!
"Business leaders should consciously promote products & services that are more profitable. Not those that bring in more cash, or the favourites of decision makers. That way you get more value out of the business”
“Multiple routes lead to the market”, the African proverb says.
This week, be bold to review that strategy that hasn’t delivered the desired outcome.
There are often more ways than one to respond to life’s challenges.
Have a productive week!

You don’t have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great 👍🏾
For any business, an increase in cash flow starts and ends with having the customer in mind.
How? Here are 3 time-tested ways:
1. Get existing customers to buy more often
2. Get existing customers to spend more per transaction
3. Acquire new customers
Getting help when required is actually a sign of strength.
Reach out to and connect with people that can offer you wise counsel with regards your business, career, personal life, mental health etc.
You don’t have to be great to start, but you have start to be great.

Your network matters.
Engage and connect with folks outside of your office and industry or business, your seniour colleagues and those you are senior to, reach out beyond your gender, ethnicity, nationality & race.

It may interest you to know that I have tried so many things and failed at many of them as well but the few ones that I’m successful at really do make up for the failures. That is what is celebrated and mostly remembered. Start now. Fail fast. Fail early. No one is keeping scores.
It is Thomas Edison, the inventor of the lightbulb, telephone and movie camera that is quoted to have said, “I haven’t failed but found 10,000 ways it won’t work”.
That’s a learner mindset right there!
That’s a great approach to failure.

The fact that you failed doesn’t men you should go into your shell. My thought after a failure is the odds of success are now stronger since I am a better person because I have learnt from my failure.
