Nobody denies we are a stepping stone. But it’s only a matter of time before we start winning trophies. Every club started somewhere..?
You talk about signing big players, but Caiceido was wanted among big clubs before we signed him, he chose us. Same with Cucurella, same with Trossard. So I don’t agree that being a big club is a priority for a player wanting to sign. The only thing that matters is the opportunity to show their talent and the wages offered.

We are a small club in the grand scheme of things, but that’s irrelevant.
Currently, we are a step up from Leeds, and anyone who denies that is deluded.
