@ColinCoco116@NaeBull@RangersFC That’s exactly what I’ve just said? At the time he was with us, he wasn’t good enough. He had the potential to become a good player but we couldn’t give him the opportunities to become that player.
@IbroxChat@FacelessRanger Results and points need to come from somewhere though.
Yes it’s not sustainable, but I’d rather see shite performances and grind results out rather than performances improve and continue dropping points in the short term
Team is more likely to click and perform if we’re winning
@AdamDunn1872 Slightly different profile though. I want Ferguson, but he’ll be £15m+ and on hefty wages. Barron was a 6 figure compensation fee and will be a low earner.
That’s not the argument others are making, but it’s worth noting.
@NotAndyFirth Thick as shite, that’s not what was said. Devlin on a free and on peanut wages is a no brainer, cunt was a standout in a Hearts team that challenged for the first time in years. He’s a squad player, he shouldn’t be more than that but it’s not mental gymnastics. Fucking moron.
@iGhostAccount So you compare modern day Britain to Africa pre-colonialism, yet you condemn one but won’t condemn the other? The hypocrisy of people on your side of the political debate is astounding
@IbroxChat@FacelessRanger Shut up man, he’s not a world beater but he’s a squad player. You’ll be the same person slating the likes of Aasgard because he doesn’t work hard enough and isn’t a bastard on the park yet when we get someone like that you hit out with shite like this.
@BM9MF Would you rather we battered them for 90 minutes and drew 1-1? Or would you rather we grinded out a win at a tough place away from home, against a team that took 4 points off of us last year? Never fucking happy, some of Walter’s football was dross but it won us games
@ScttC72 Would agree that he should save it but think this is just more of a post highlighting that he’s been a good cog in a terrible system so far. Would of been better using other clips from the games, this is a decent save but nothing to shout about
@William94B@DVipon@BMCRangersRants Gio got shafted with his recruitment, 100%. The argument is people decide to pretend previous managers have been brilliant when they’ve not. It’s the same with previous players.
@humble_speck@D9316232903@DVipon@BMCRangersRants Just a stupid argument. Shankland been a tap in of a signing for years, good player in a bad patch. McCrorie and Devlin two squad players. Gerrard was notorious for calling the players out when he also made bad decisions. Teacher argument is moronic.
@D9316232903@DVipon@BMCRangersRants Yeah but these aren’t McInnes’ signings nor are they players that are required to do well domestically. There are quality signings there but flinging them together and expecting them to be great is daft. Not profile’s fit for a winning Rangers team.
@st2oh No. McInnes’ teams of old have been filled with 26-32 y.o’s with experience and had that bit between their teeth. Almost certain he’ll have wanted more experience and been told no because they don’t have “sell-on value”, McKenna being an example
@DVipon@BMCRangersRants Clement’s football was turgid and couldn’t beat QP at home. Gio’s football was turgid and couldn’t beat Livi at home. Stop pretending they were brilliant managers that were hard done by. Yes they had their pro’s, but they also had massive con’s as well.
