@LNER Yeah I know, but I was asking: can I claim a two hour delay? The amount differs between the two. First class was full in the 16:45 so I couldn’t possibly have travelled in that one. Please clarify before I apply for the refund.

@LNER booked on 15:44 EDI-KGX that was cancelled. First class in the 16:45 train was full, so have to wait for the 17:45 one. Can I claim delay repay as for a 2hr delay or only 1hr delay level?
