@volkswagenindia 15 months of unresolved issues with my Tiguan and this company couldn't care less. Their method is to ignore the customer. Can't fix the same issue after 6 visits.

@zomato With the introduction of AI customer care has taken a step back. Can't talk to a human can't resolve an issue. Absolutely pathetic support. Just ordered in Mumbai

@airvistara Social media team is super active, but when a flight gets cancelled they don't even bother informing their passengers. Complete fiasco at Mumbai on 3rd March - 1830 flight mum del cancelled. So many people reached the airport because they didn't care to inform.

@airvistara So flight UK 996 today from Mum-Del is cancelled. Vistara didn't bother to make sure all it's passages know about it. As I type at least 6 passengers are trying to get on to some other flight. Didn't expect such callousness from Vistara. There should be a stiff fine. Miffed !

@volkswagenindia 14 months of gross deficiency of service continues. VW has again resorted to tactics of simply ignoring my concerns. I will then take to social media and then someone will finally reach out. Really pathetic cycle of life with VW @volkswagen

@volkswagenindia I have sent an email on 30 October and followed up 3 times - this is re ethanol compliance of the engine of my Tiguan. Is it too much to ask for you to have the courtesy to respond ?

@volkswagenindia As expected. This was lip service - the team came wanted to again 'check' and not 'resolve' any issues. They promise home resolution but in the end say the car needs to go to the workshop. Pls suggest another dealer in Mumbai.

@RahulVa08722220 @volklub @volkswagenindia It's fundamentally a good car, but VW isn't up to speed to support. I wouldn't repeat my purchase if I had to buy a car today. Better think of an Ioniq5.

@RahulVa08722220 @volklub @volkswagenindia For me it typically ranges from 7.5-11 in the city, 12.5-14.5 on the highway. Max I've seen is 17.

Overall average is 9.3 odd till date.

@Venkatesh_2693 @volklub @volkswagenindia It's not that this car is meant specifically for offroading. But good to know it has the capability to get you out of tricky situations. Added confidence over a 2wd car, especially in slush and rain and dirt conditions.

@volkswagenindia It's been a month since VW Downtown did a shoddy job with my Tiguan and I raised formal complaints. Now VW Downtown and VW India have chosen not to respond as a solution - this is the disrespect they have for their customers. @VW - wonderful team you have in India. Bravo !
