Ya after finally getting back home, all I can say is the people who run Air Canada are CLINICALLY INSANE and all they did was prove that they passionately don't give a fuck about their crew and passengers

@DialecticBrown @AirCanada It wasn't a very long line but we waited a while, we went around 11am and left around 2:30pm.

@Lochery92 @AirCanada Yes, initially we didn't go to the airport since everything on air Canada said not to. But after 24 hrs not hearing anything or getting through to customer service, we decided it might be the best bet and I'm so glad we did!

@Jadyn_dalton @AirCanada I checked the air canada flights out of my airport that were cancelled and there were only 2 btwn 9-10am so we ran the airport around 11 and waited quite some time but it was worth it. Check yours as well so you can get an idea of when agents will be there! We got hotels too

@Jadyn_dalton @AirCanada Hey omg so I have an update that I think might help! I dragged my friends to the airport this morning and the staff at the air canada help desk were very nice and did help us get rebooked finally. We are booked for Wednesday which isn't ideal but we'll take it.

@AirCanada please help us! Me and my friends are stuck in Ireland and need help getting booked out. Our flight was cancelled and was scheduled to leave 24 hrs ago. We have not been given any options for travel and cannot get through to the call center.
