@eduitguy Interesting. It’s not a bad idea that would go a long way. I would say give the private school some sort of tax incentive to open the facilities maybe 10-20% for public use. In California public schools have to fight to use public joint use spaces.

@vivastweets Not sure what state you are in or what your experience with Charter schools is but that simply is not the case for majority of charter at least in California. The charter school I work serves almost 16% SPED students. I believe state average is 12%.
