@Prell88 @refsupportuk It depends how you judge no impact, the keeper was way off his line, guessed right way, & it can make a kicker drag the shot wide like this. No impact for me would be just come off the line a bit, but the kicker has skyed it from a miss kick. Could easily sell that as a retake

@muff5 I agree hands look inside the box from the video, but AR would have had best angle, the full clip in the link shows the afters and the referee played on until the crowd shouted to signal AR was flagging.

Explanation:
Sometimes it's clear the ball would’ve gone to the other team, not the one who last touched it. To keep things fair, the drop now goes to the team who would’ve gained possession, if clear to the ref. Outside the box, the ball is dropped where play stopped.
