Do not buy any product of MI (Xiaomi) as customer service is really horrible. None of them is bothered to callback and no 1 is interested to sort the issue. 1.5 months & still on, not a single person is bothered to help. Beware of such products people.

Extremely disappointed with customer service in regards to the display issue of my MI SMART TV. Just over a year,& the display goes off. Surprisingly the company claims for unavailability of the part!!

Anymore aggrieved customers like me?
