The average family in West Virginia would receive around $227 in the Republicans' child care tax credit. What a farce! That's barely a week's worth of child care! And worse, it does nothing to address the lack of supply of child care, which is the real crisis! #wvgopfail #SolveChildCare

You’ve heard of farm to table, but what about farm to fashion?
WVU researchers are helping WV sheep farmers thread into an exciting market for wool: WV-based micro-mill w potential to spin a (re)new(ed) industry. Its roots are deep in WV history.
WVU is shutting it down. 🧵
@PatrickKeschl@tyberinger Also an average insulin user here. Rationed for a year (WITH insurance!!). Also, still paying off the credit card debt I incurred trying to avoid rationing.
Mindy had to ration her insulin for a whole year, going without it for an entire week during one particularly bad stretch! This can be DEADLY for a diabetic. #careovercost @CitizenActionWI @PplsAction
@ash_in_wv@motownwvpride are you still accepting vendor applications/sponsors? The form is not longer accepting applications. Mon Dems would like to sponsor if we are still able.
THEY ARE LOWERING INSULIN’S LIST PRICE.
This was no small feat by diabetes activists. In fact, few prescription medications in the US have ever had their list prices lowered.
WE. DID. THIS.
Now it’s time to bring it home and pass the #InsulinForAllAct!
We capped the cost of insulin at $35 a month for seniors on Medicare and lowered insurance premiums for millions of Americans.
Let’s finish the job.
Let's cap the cost of insulin for every American who needs it. And make those health care savings permanent.
I paid over $500 per month for insulin.
Last year, @POTUS signed into law a monthly cap of $35 on insulin costs for those on Medicare. As he said in tonight’s #SOTU, we need to expand that insulin cap to ALL.
Thank you, President Biden, for standing up for diabetics like me.
@Kidfears99 I had a car accident about 11 years ago and had to have an endo verify I was suitable to have a driver's license. The accident was my fault, so I totally get it. Otherwise I haven't had any issues in WV.
