3/23 sparring progress update:
* been extending more on punches, feeling crisper with boxing
* feeling looser, more relaxed during sparring
* need more snap on my switch kicks
* need to more actively wiggle my foot out of getting caught, am too passive

happy 2023! been proud of my muay thai progress. been sparring regularly and my mental clarity during sequences has been improving. looking to compete in the next few years, which will require me to stop eating so much late-night takeout (also working on some content pieces :-0 )
