My daughter (22) was sexually-harassed by a man on a late train from London last night. He the picked wrong woman. She texted @BTP who stopped train, they arrested the perp and went to lengths to get her statement. She was very impressed by how they handled the incident 👏🏻👮🏻

@GOoutdoors How is this even acceptable!! If customers make special trips on false information this isn’t good enough! Rude unhelpful staff is equally not good enough surely?

@GOoutdoors what a complete disappointment 😭 did a two hour round trip for a sold out item that was showing in stock online! Staff were so rude, no apology just slagged off the systems!! Won’t be back
