Last night, a mother arrived at our service with two children under 5. They were street homeless, scared, and hungry. We gave the little ones hot food and managed to get the family into a hotel through @GlasgowCC City Council.

This morning, the hotel told them to leave. A mother with two babies back on the street again.

She turned to us for help because she has nowhere else to go. Yet Glasgow City Council tell us we can’t have planning permission for our service that helped keep this family safe last night.

💔 No child should ever be homeless. No parent should ever have to beg for safety.
