Sen. Josh Hawley says big corporations are partnering with AI companies to scam consumers through "AI surveillance pricing." Hawley claims:

• Staples is charging more online based on IP address or location
• Target’s app tracking shoppers in real time to charge as much as $150 more for a vacuum once they enter the store
• Lyft charging 55 Missouri riders 29 different prices for the same route at the same time.
• Kroger earned over $500M from selling the data that it harvests from its customers.
