@drmartens Wow, 4 whole days to read a message and "flag my email internally". Still no actual response to my email. We're nearly at a month now since my initial email. This is absolutely terrible customer service.
@drmartens not impressed with your customer service. I contacted you regarding faulty boots on 7th January and provided all evidence requested. The only response I have had was an email asking me for the information I had already sent. That was on 13th Jan.
@ubereats_uk my pizza arrived with no sauce. Your stupid chatbot support thinks my issue is resolved because it has refunded me a paltry £4.35. A pizza with no sauce is not a pizza, I need a replacement or full refund.
@DMTWestEnd on this calendar page it says that the prices are including fees, but then booking fees are added at checkout. Misleading at best, false advertising at worst. You might want to correct that.
@CrossCountryUK absolute chaos on the 17.45 Reading to Newcastle, all seats are saying available but loads of people with reservations. Thankfully everyone being nice about it, but lots of people are not getting their reserved seats. Sort it out.
I had to pay full price for my hot baguette and I lost my hot food reward as I didn't have another chance to use it before it expired. Please help a hot baguette fan out?
@GreggsOfficial I tried to use my hot food reward for a hot baguette the other day and was told that hot baguettes are not hot food! I checked my previous orders and, as I thought, my previous hot baguettes had earned hot food stamps. Has something changed?
We both booked direct with LNER, we're both signed up to automatic delay repay, we both had advance tickets (bought at the same time) the only difference was our departure station.
@LNER I submitted a refund request on 14/4 for a train that was cancelled on 13/4 and still haven't heard anything.
My friend who had a ticket for the same train didn't even have to request a refund, she received an email on the same day confirming an automatic refund.
