@IDmeSupport Please help. Wait time yesterday was "More than 5 hrs." Had it open on my PC browser for 3 hrs with no change at all. Then the wait time disappeared altogether and it said "Estimated Wait Time: ___." Still nothing. My EDD claim, my livelihood, is on the line here!

@Blake_Hall @IDme Yes, I do. I've reached out several times but I keep getting the same answer that everyone else that has tweeted gets, "unusually large wait times." I've been trying to get my documents verified by a Referee for 2 days now to no avail.

@IDme Estimated Wait Time says 5 hours for hours without changing AND now estimated wait time has disappeared completely and is blank. What does that mean??? Did it time out? Do I continue to wait? It is insane how inefficient and broken this system is.
