Work continues on the rear apron and engine bay. I cleaned up the edge on the left side, welded the final fender nut on the lower right side, and welded the c-channel in place. It should clean up nice with a skim coat of filler down the road.

Every little job counts. This time around I finally fixed the metal in the engine compartment that was previously hacked out to fit a carburetor cover. Project #Super71
Re-organized the garage today and got the Beetle back up on the jack stands so I can continue working on the body. This time I lifted is as high as possible. #vwbeetle#Super71#superbeetle#aircooled#punchpuggy
