@blackwellbooks I've had no answer to the 3 emails I've sent chasing online order of 6 Dec then trying to cancel it. Phone calls to the cancellation number greeted with auto response directing me back to the email! So no way of communicating other than twitter, what should I do?

@Parcel2Go Parcel P2G72953730 not updated since 29/5. My chasing fobbed off with 'we've emailed the courier' & only NOW has P2G opened an enquiry that takes 3 weeks pre-claim. How can your processes be so slow & why are you Partnering with Landmark who only have a 1 star rating?

Parcel from Germany never delivered. @DHLParcelUK tell us to claim through DHL Germany. DHL Germany refuse to help, tell us to claim through @DHLParcelUK. What is the point of buying insurance? Where is end-end service? Disgusting, DO NOT USE!

@DHLParcelUK my parcel allegedly delivered by UKmail 1 Oct, but I was in all day& the name who signed for it according to tracking isn't me! UKmail helpline will NOT help for consignment numbers with letters & numerals, so won't put me through to a person. Crazy! Can you help?
