Disappointing answer.
1. They have taken action against non-entities.
2. Big fishes are still flaunting their Padma award and making official collaborations with GOI.
3. Broadcasting Bill to control OTT is postponed.
4. Lodging a complain is so buggy and complicated that it is far easier to clear UPSC, become a bureaucrat and take some action against blatant violation of laws by OTT players.
5. Apart from complications, current complaint mechanism is designed such that for Level 1 and Level 2, OTT companies choose judge. And Level 3, Ministry does not even respond to complaint. Total hogwash.
