When Evergy sent me a check for my campaign, I didn’t accept it. I sent it back. I won’t be bought.

When Evergy sent Ty Masterson a check for his campaign, he took it. He has received over $250,000 from Evergy this election cycle. Why would a public utility company give so much money to help get him elected? What strings are attached? He should answer for this.

This is what’s wrong in politics. The lobbyists and special interests spend enormous amounts of cash to get their puppets elected to office. That’s what has been happening in Kansas for years, and it’s why all these giant corporations are getting special tax abatements while the people of Kansas are getting nothing.

As Governor, I will end the corruption and give the government back to the people.

Governor Kelly just appointed Judge Jayaram to the Kansas Supreme Court.

Once again, a liberal activist has been appointed to Kansas’ highest court and we had no say in the matter.

This is exactly why Kansas needs judicial selection reform.
