@Morrisons Thankfully the Cadbury one is safe so I guess it's that or homemade in our house from now on as stepson #1 has a peanut allergy.
If anyone knows anywhere else that makes nut safe cakes, it would be good to know.
So disappointing. @Morrisons used to be the one place we could trust for birthday cakes that were safe for nut allergies.
Not anymore apparently. Every own brand cake now says "may contain nuts". Presumably they've changed factory or something so it's no longer guaranteed safe.
I'm at Kings Cross station to head back up north after working in London, saw a person in a dog collar who I recognised but couldn't place (I work for the @churchofengland, this happens) so I smiled and said hi. Walked a few steps past her and realised it was @revkatebottley ๐คฆ๐ปโโ๏ธ
Apart from the hay fever, the constant sweat, the sunburn, the lack of sleep, the wasps, the bug bites, the baking hot car, the 3am sunrise, the non-stop disco from next doorโs garden, the yellow lawn, the heat rash, the absence of air con and the complete lack of energyโฆ Iโm actually a big fan of Summer.
Our concert this weekend will also feature The Seal Lullaby by composer @EricWhitacre - what is the connection to stage & screen? Find out from the man himself here:

@ClareyBearK Swearing is entirely justified. If it helps, the middle of the clef (the butt crack) always sits on the line of middle C, so the first note of 9 is middle C and you can work it out from there by intervals until you get used to it.
โDonโt ask friends for help moving as an adultโ โdonโt ask friends to do a potluck as an adultโ you can literally ask me to hold your hand at the dentist and I will do it
@ClareyBearK That was exactly my reaction when we were there a couple of weeks ago. Why can't people have some respect for the dead and the culture they were buried in? What's wrong with just having a replica?
Oh look it's 'brits don't eat spice' season.
1) We have millions of people from diaspora communities who very much do eat spices AND are every bit as British as me.
2) The concept of British food as bland comes from Victorian/Edwardian middle/upper class snobbery. ๐งต /1
