@BBCWatchdog Please, please investugate Naturali aka https://t.co/1BMNdNWwjX They have scammed huge numbers of consumers and businesses like us recently, both here in the UK and in Europe. They take money for orders and only deliver a small part blaming the COVID “emergency.

[The Cromwell Kitchen & Rooms @thecromkitchen]

@scotfoodjames @BritanniaLtd Spent a very unfortunate night in their Birmingham hotel many years ago - never again and have spent the intervening years telling others never to book either.... 🙄🤬

[The Cromwell Kitchen & Rooms @thecromkitchen]

Definitely important to include all your local businesses and not just the ones with a traditional High St presence. There’s so much going on in the “back streets” - you just need to find out and prom them as much as everyone else. 😍👏👏#indiehour #totallylocally #fiverfest

[The Cromwell Kitchen & Rooms @thecromkitchen]

No fancy venues, Michelin starred restaurants or posh shops but there’s just such a great vibe going on in the town right now. #indiehour #burntisland #fife #totallylocally

[The Cromwell Kitchen & Rooms @thecromkitchen]

#indiehour We don’t have a huge population in Burntisland but we do have a fabulous bunch of positive, co-operative businesses who have really gone all out to support each other.

[The Cromwell Kitchen & Rooms @thecromkitchen]

@TLocallyBurntis @shivasy @retailmentoring #indiehour Totally clueless - be patient with us....! 🙄😂

[The Cromwell Kitchen & Rooms @thecromkitchen]

@TLocallyBurntis @shivasy @retailmentoring Is this now? I have no clue how to join in...! 🙄😂

[The Cromwell Kitchen & Rooms @thecromkitchen]

@TLocallyBurntis @shivasy @retailmentoring #indiehour How does it work (asks the tech dinosaur)...? Will I see Tweets related to the conversation?!? Doh! 😂

[The Cromwell Kitchen & Rooms @thecromkitchen]

@TLocallyBurntis @Whinnieknowe Noooo, stop tweeting pics of gorgeous chicks - we have enough but can’t resist getting more...! 🙄😍😂

Good food is good for you - and does you good. Modern “*€$#!?^ pseudo-science-detox-superfoods” is simply bollocks. You don’t need a skinny bikini Instagram post to tell us your crap for f^#% s&:$¥.

Give me strength. There are no foods that will 'boost' your immune system. Nor do you want there to be. If your immune system went into overdrive you would be very ill as your body turned against things it didn't need to fight off. Crap faux science from @BuzzFeed. try lemsip

Very simple but super-tasty dinner of grilled chicken, tomatoes, Mayan Gold potatoes deep-fried and John Hurd watercress..! 😀 @ The Cromwell Kitchen & Rooms https://t.co/8coZS5M28J

Final couple days of Fiver Fest folks - get out and about in Burntisland and grab those bargains! While you’re at it, pick up one (or two) of our natty tea towels. 😁 #fiverfest #burntisland #totallylocal… https://t.co/TCkVIuoVMH

Okay, so this is nothing about food, more a rant about the ludicrous overuse of plastic by jnj Johnson & Johnson. We were given this 500g tub of talc and were appalled to find it’s only 62% filled by volume leaving… https://t.co/FAcIWIYF2F
