@united Last time I flew Polaris in November from London there was no welcome drink. No champagne, no cocktail options. I even asked! These service reductions do not go unnoticed.

@united Honestly, I feel cheated by my last supposedly first class Polaris experience. Lounge closed, awful food, no welcome drinks onboard and plastic cups along with a single unceremonious service. Paid full price. United gave me 12,000 points to make up for it. :(
