@AndrewDevoss@FedExHelp Exactly. They say this to literally every complaint on their Twitter, and do nothing about the issue, just jerk you around customer service saying "wE aRe LoOkInG iNtO tHiS" because they don't have any more idea of why their own trucks aren't sending stuff out than they do.
@FedExHelp I contacted you guys and all you guys had to say was "We're opening a case! It should ship today!" I waited... Still didn't get delivered. Getting tired of this stupid company jerking around with their customers. This is an automated response as well that they send out. Not happy
