underperforming entities tend to view private equity as a magic pill to cure financial woes - but terrible deals (like this one) leave you far worse off

the largest operating expense is titled "rugby" - a masterclass in terrible accounting

The CEO office costs R33m & salaries are over R330m... while "strategic performance management" costs R26.5m

@casspernyovest Buying a car cash/financing depends on the person's situation. It's important to consider the
1.opportunity cost
2. Interest rate
3. Income
4. Taste

Personally I prefer second-✋🏿, paying in cash & a small car (with good fuel economy ⛽).

Someone else might feel different. 🤷🏿‍♀️
