No flagrant upgrade on the uncalled foul of Spurs' Victor Wembanyama to Knicks' Jalen Brunson on Monday night, a league spokesperson tells ESPN. Wembanyama will stay at two flagrant points in postseason.
Matt: "Paul, we all want to win championships. What does it mean to see Kwan play chess and Fry do this and that"
Dolan: "It means these fans will waste their money and I can pocket it and be a big, fat, cheap ass"
Joke of an owner. Can't wait til that idiot is gone.
I have a theory about DeLauter. #1 his swing has been off for a while. He's not looking to turn on balls at all. It's all arms.
But, the absolute black hole of production behind him I think has been a contributing factor.
This lineup, from 2-8, has been just atrocious.
@EricSal_7 This is always a dumb argument. Showing fouls called means nothing.
If one team commits 50 fouls, another commits 25, but they both get called for 25, was it even? Was it fair? No.
This logic is always flawed, doesn't matter who the teams are.
@spurs_four This clearly fits the definition of a flagrant 2, that's the main issue. Whether you think it's soft or not, it's a textbook flagrant 2 by definition.
There's no doubt it should have been a flagrant, 1 or 2. I think the league is too scared to give him an F2, but they should
@TheNBABase Ah yes, the no-balls-having talking heads defending the league.
That was the biggest ref show I've seen in a long time. And the Spurs played fairly well, but nearly every single miss is going in favor of the Spurs, and they are BIG ones.
It's blatant. Willful ignorance Legler
@getnickwright you're overblown.
the officiating has been an abomination. The Spurs might have even won last night if it were reffed evenly, but it wasn't.
Refs need to be held accountable. The NBA needs to be held accountable.
The Knicks shooting and offense has left them in the 4th, but it's very clear they're still playing 5v8.
I don't hate SA. I don't root for the Knicks. I hate awful refs and suspicious sports. This is as suspicious as it gets. Just call a fair game.
I see a lot of Guardians fans complaining about the bullpen. It's not been great, but the main problem has been and will continue to be hitting. 7 hits in 10 innings, 5 singles.
Tons of K's. Weak contact. Nearly every game. Need to get a few serious hitters. Plus SP is bad.
