other @Enterprise locations weren’t allowed to pick me up because only the closest location can service my address which was too busy to help me. If your biggest selling point comes with that many restrictions, maybe stop advertising it like it’s guaranteed.

has built its entire brand around “We’ll Pick You Up.” My car was totaled in an accident, so I rented a car because I literally don’t have transportation. Then I found out their pickup service has a 10-mile radius, they wouldn’t come a few extra miles
