@Gladd Because I can't just play Destiny 2 again without a big commitment, my burnout break from it lead me to never come back. I took a break from D1 before D2 came out and it refreshed my burnout and got me excited to step back into a fresh world. But that's not a thing now.

@Gladd I can explain it for me. The Destiny 2 I loved no longer exists because they changed so much. I can go back and play Destiny 1 which was left in a great state and have that nostalgia with my powerful character ready to go.

I can't jump back into Destiny 2 without having to grind

@gammaknight1 Best thing they could have done is leave D2 how it was during TFS and cycle through old seasons in D2 while working on new content for D3. Just bring back the forge for a season, then minagerie and so on. Keeps activities somewhat fresh, and let's new players get the gear.

@JosephJNeville @Gothalion Absolutely. But at least Destiny 2 would still exist as Destiny 2. They did such a massive overhaul of Destiny 2 that it basically is Destiny 3 now, and people who miss the old game can't play it that way anymore. I can still play Destiny 1 if I want.

@arcade_1up Why on earth is the Infinity game table SO locked down? This thing has so much potential with other Android apps, but as is I can't recommend this thing to anyone. Charging $1 for the CALCULATOR APP? Seriously?

@destinytrack It's not what I want them to add, its what I want them to stop doing. Seasonal FOMO with content that leaves the game needs to stop. Players need to be able to take a break and return and catch up on the story. Current system prevents players from returning, and causes burn out.

@mothtolights @Aztecross @YouTube Yep, and the friends that I used to play with that did take breaks don't want to come back because they can't catch up on the story, so they will have no idea what's going on.

Who wants to get caught up on a show they used to like if the last 3 seasons of the show cant be watched anywhere and you just have to guess whats happening?
