It can come via REVERSE PAYMENT via HMRC into individual BANK ACCOUNTS based on PAYE proportion if person or VAT if business.

If I was UK Govt. I'd be seriously considering using HMRC to pay £ directly into UK low earning tax accounts & SME businesses cash payments (bypassing banks) funds that will reflow into economy. HMRC will have data that can determine who needs money basis tax paid. Just an idea🙏
