@EurekaForbes It's been a week since we have placed a reinstallation request and also renewed the AMC. No one has attended or called. We have called atleast 10 times. Only "Sorrys' no service. Can we expect any resolution to switch to @KentROSystems ? @pratikpota

@pratikpota @anilchadha40 @ITCMaratha @pratikpota Forget ranting about the US and @ITCMaratha we are having an awful experience with @EurekaForbes the firm you head. It's been over a week since we called for a reinstallation request and AMC. We recently moved homes and no one has attended to us.
