Dallas Brodie is worth approximately $60 million dollars. She is an Ivy League educated former lawyer with a six figure salary.
And she wants you to donate to her legal fund.
If you want to donate money to contribute to access to justice in BC, here’s how.
Support Access to Justice in British Columbia: Donate to Pro Bono Legal Services
Access to justice remains a critical issue in British Columbia, where many individuals and non-profit organizations face legal challenges without the means to secure professional representation.
Pro bono services play an essential role in bridging this gap by providing free or low-cost legal assistance to those who qualify.
How You Can Help Through Donations
Your contributions directly support organizations dedicated to delivering high-quality pro bono legal services across the province. Every dollar donated to these initiatives multiplies its impact, enabling more British Columbians to receive the legal help they need.
Primary Organization: Access Pro Bono Society of British Columbia
Access Pro Bono operates a range of programs, including summary advice clinics, roster representation services, and referrals, serving low- and modest-income individuals and non-profits throughout BC. They connect over 60,000 people annually with volunteer lawyers for critical legal support.

If you're not a lawyer condemning this, we can't be friends. A courthouse is a lawyer's place of work and this never should have happened. https://t.co/w3xEfXYr1A
Can someone throw me a bone here….how many hours can you bill, for youth, matter proceeding summarily. And how many hours can you bill indictable. I do know that whatever it is, it’s the same for youth and adults, when billing hourly.
Went to the celebration of 100 years of the Courthouse (Tbay). Sooo, I wore my ribbon skirt and my eagle feathers (turned down). Real tradish. This is my sml contribution of decolonization!!!Ppl. are going to Ostracize me, just like Law School, but I don’t care! My people first!
Client is currently being accused by the police of breaching his bail conditions.
The problem? The charges were withdrawn 5 months ago.
Yet another problem with our criminal justice system is that CPIC can take months - even more than a year - to be updated.
Friends in Tbay say they are jubilant about the news that the former Thunder Bay police chief has been arrested and charged in misconduct probe

This is huge. After so many investigations and inquests, after we have cried out for change in the City of Thunder Bay and who runs it, after Senator Murray Sinclair’s thorough report and then another one, the @OPP act. 👇🏽
'Vancouver Mayor Ken Sim acted “in a discriminatory manner” by preventing a politician and new mom from participating remotely in a meeting while she was on maternity leave, the city’s integrity commissioner has found.' https://t.co/863Isfl7al
It’s January & everyone is tired, but if you haven’t checked on an articling student, new call, or junior lawyer recently, I encourage you to do so. It’s often hard for those just starting out to reach out about questions & concerns; let’s provide them w the opportunity to ask.
Hearing of the news of Jenna Ostberg and her family. I am sadden. And angry. I am trembling. Shaking. Sore from holding it all in. Trying not to break down.
She was found dead after the Thunder Bay Police didn't respond to the domestic violence call.
