@MTN just told me they’d send a follow up email. Same follow up email they’ve told me they sent multiple times. This would be the 7th follow up email in 2weeks and they still don’t have any clue what’s going on. @officialEFCC I’m very sure this guys are scammers, 100% sure

Still finding a resolution since Monday apparently, @MTNNG You have avery terrible customer service. It's very hard to even work with you at this point. You and your delivery partner fulfil africa are running a circus show at this point. They don't even have a working website🤦🏾‍♂️
