President Trump says his request to split up vaccine shots "has to do, we think, with preventing autism," though extensive evidence shows that combination shots absolutely do not cause autism. "I think you're going to see a very big difference in the rate of autism," he adds baselessly.
You're lying to all Americans if you call this "survey and design work":
And your "one new road" spans the ENTIRE river corridor—the beating heart of the National Park. But you'd have to spend time here to understand that, instead of shoving these plans down our throats from DC.
BREAKING: DHS IS BULLDOZING THE MOUTH OF SANTA ELENA CANYON.
DHS waived every single environmental law, now they’re butchering the most iconic part of Texas’ crown jewel national park. All happening the day after a massive protest right here and on the morning CNN left. This is an indefensible attack on Texas’ natural heritage.

A haunting letter from inside ICE detention by our client Professor Maryam Tahmasebi.
"This is why we need your help. We are in tremendous pain and have been trapped in an unendurable, unending nightmare. I want my son to have a normal life, not spend his days in this awful detention center in Dilley. No child deserves this. No human deserves this. We are asking anyone with a conscience to help us end this nightmare. There are more things I want to say, but this is the shackled version of what I feel safe saying right now. I will end on this: If this could happen to us, a law-abiding family of two professors and a young boy, it can happen to anyone."

50 years of strip-mining on Black Mesa has reshaped the water, the land, and the people living on Navajo & Hopi lands. 45 billion gallons of Navajo groundwater pumped out. 12,000+ Navajos forcibly relocated. Reclamation so "shoddy" they reseeded the desert with Midwest grass.
Leaked video from men's ICE detention center—detainees are coughing up blood.
"People have tuberculosis—I witness it working in the kitchen," he says.
"They lock them in punishment cell... instead of medical center."
"Conjunctivitis is spreading cause 76 people are in 1 cell."
"There is a flu going around that never goes away because we are overcrowded."
Video footage comes from inside the River Center ICE Detention Center in Ferriday, Louisiana.
"This video is intended to reach health authorities and the media, so that the reality of what we are all experiencing here is known."

HE GAVE AMERICA 20 YEARS OF SERVICE. AMERICA TOOK HIS WIFE.
Retired Staff Sgt. Wilmer Trujillo served in the Army and Texas National Guard, deploying to Iraq and Afghanistan. Trump’s government repaid that sacrifice by detaining his wife, Arelys Barahona-Martinez, during a routine ICE check-in.
She has no criminal record and was pursuing a legal path to residency. Now she must fight for due process from behind bars while her veteran husband begs his own country to stop destroying his family.

More destruction today in Big Bend. Bulldozers and excavators are being trucked into the wildest corner of Texas, preparing to inflict an irreversible scar on the national park. This absurd project is despised by everyone in West Texas. When will Texas leadership step in?
do you guys understand the US gov’t is underfunding USPS so that they can privatize it, make money, and let poor and rural people die? people will die if we let them destroy this service
Today in 1962, Nelson Mandela was arrested by apartheid police, with support from the CIA, for resisting white minority rule. He was imprisoned for 27 years. US government agencies listed Mandela as a "terrorist" until 2008.
Welp. It’s happening.
Bulldozers and heavy equipment arrived in Big Bend National Park today. The most rugged, pristine lands in the lower 48. Trump’s border wall is coming. CBP is refusing to inform residents, park superintendents, landowners, business owners, or Texas legislators what is happening. What we know is that they are now paving new roads where there were none, erecting fencing and walls to protect those roads, and then planning to install technology and border patrol agents in an area where close to zero people ever cross the border.
Ironically, depressingly, they will be spending billions of dollars to destroy this pristine American land while literally making it easier to access, which means easier for coyotes and border crossers to actually traverse the region if they wanted to. Before this, there were no roads, just desserts, cliffs, and cacti, which made it all but impassable.
A few miles upstream, the first border barriers the administration just erected were washed away in the first flood of the season — not even a bad one — but hundreds of millions of dollars wasted, literally floating down the Rio Grande. A few miles downstream, near Eagle Pass, razor wire and debris are washing up ashore from the first floods there, making this critical water source inaccessible for Texans or any wildlife enthusiasts.
Right now, as we speak, $4 billion is flowing to contractors in Trump’s orbit to cut Texans, including me and my family, off from the most critical water source in the state. All for what? Big Bend is 25% of the patrolled southwest border and accounts for less than 1% of all border crossings. Border towns, businesses, tourism — all about to be destroyed. Nevermind the irreversible wildlife damage, the feds stealing land from private citizens via eminent domain, and all the money wasted that could go to actual solutions to secure the border or support these communities.
Ever since I first visited my family here when I was 13 years old I wanted to make a life in West Texas. Three years ago, after so much hard work and planning, I spent my savings on building a home there. One I hoped my son would inherit. A home in one of the most beautiful, rugged, untouched, places in the country. Also one of the safest.
Now, everything that makes this special place special is being upended — for an illogical, wasteful, stupid plan that won't work and won't help the country.
A genuine gut punch. So depressing.
The Trump administration is trying to gut one of the strongest laws protecting tribal sacred sites, burial grounds, and ancestral lands.
