My motor insurance claim with ABSA was rejected following an investigation.
ABSA advised that the rejection was based on allegations of intoxication. I requested the evidence, witness statements, and investigation findings relied upon in reaching this decision.

@miShumoZA_ Whatever you’re going through, don’t even think of @Nedbank. It’s worse! You will sleep then boom! Someone will steal your salary and they take 20 years to investigate!
@Nedbank A strange number did cash send on my account… I don’t know how that was done while I have Face ID and passwords on my phone and banking app. I don’t trust this bank anymore with my money and it could have been my whole salary and it would take you guys such a long period
