There are a large number of people in the body who have not been taught things that pertain to their position in Christ. Things bought and paid for by the blood and so are gifts from God.

They, therefore, are in a struggle to produce and present to God their works in order to earn his acceptance.

However, there is probably an equal number of people who know about their positional truths who have been taught their rights and privileges in Christ but still haven't received these things into their lives.

They mentally accent to the truths, but it has not been worked out in their flesh. Such people are preoccupied with arguing on their doctrinal positions rather than paying attention and engaging in the process of receiving.

The problem is not with the giver. God has given. The problem has always been with the receiving part.

This is why the scriptures allude to the fact that the kingdom, which has been given "suffereth violence," and the violent, take it by force.

Even though God had given the promised land to the Israelistes, they, on their part, did not receive it. They did not contend in order to receive what God had given.

Today, we fight the good fight of faith in order to receive eternal life.

Rev 12:10 speaks of this warfare where the accuser of the brethren is cast out and they overcame through the blood (which must have been shed at the time of the warfare) the word of their testimony and that they loved not their lives unto death.

We must be taught to receive what has been given because its only then we would move from talkers to reigning in life by Christ Jesus.

Romans 5:17
For if by one man's offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.
