The Church and its clerics should never support breaking the law. The immigration laws are just and should be followed.

I understand they are Catholics, but they should be encouraged to follow the law. Now they face a 10-year ban for their refusal to follow the rules.

I’m sure they’re lovely people. That’s said, it’s sad, but they have to accept the consequences for their actions.
