Every child deserves a relationship with both parents. For many separated dads, Father’s Day comes with mixed emotions, questions, and hurdles. Today, we celebrate your resilience, your love, and every effort you make to stay present. You matter ❤️🙏🏽 #FathersDay
Our trustee, Phil Coleman, has recently been on the @LawyersWhoLunch podcast talking about the importance of Child Contact Centres and the vital role they play in strengthening family relationships and safeguarding children.

This Men's Mental Health Week, let's start the conversation…
Many men find it easier to talk side-by-side rather than face-to-face. Sometimes the best conversations happen during everyday activities.

Tonight, Gareth Southgate’s BBC doc Changing the Game for Young Men tackles the crisis facing British boys.
At FSF, we know changing the game for our sons means supporting our fathers alongside mothers.
As our founder, Nav, puts it:
"When a father is supported to show up fully, it isn’t about working against mothers—it’s about standing together for our kids. When we heal the mental health of a dad, we directly ease the burden on mothers..."
Today, Lads Need Dads turns 11. ❤️
Like many boys at 11, we’re standing on the threshold of a new chapter, full of possibility and purpose.
The first decade was about planting seeds. The next decade is about changing the landscape. 🌱🚜
🏴 Two peaks, two very different experiences today — but one shared mission. 💙
Huge congratulations to Sam, Frances and everyone involved in flying the flag for shared parenting and family support nationwide. 💙

Children and families deserve to be seen — and that starts with listening to the evidence. We’re deeply concerned by the government’s decision to stop regularly reporting the Parental Conflict Indicator. Please look at our LinkedIn for how we are replying. https://t.co/lBtUCpk0eb
We’re disappointed by the DWP’s plans to stop reporting the Parental Conflict Indicator — a key measure of child wellbeing and disadvantage. We’ve urged the DWP to continue reporting, as clear data is vital to track parental conflict and protect parents’ and children’s wellbeing.

Congratulations to The Rt Hon Lord Justice Stephen Cobb, who has been announced today as the next President of the Family Division, succeeding Sir Andrew McFarlane who retired earlier this month.
We look forward to working with him.
The Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC) means public bodies should consider the best interests of a child when doing anything that affects them.
The UK agreed to follow the convention in 1991.

We’re teaching boys they have to love and respect girls but not teaching girls to love and respect boys. In fact, we’ve been teaching the opposite... for decades! Our modern society lacks love and respect for men today and it begins with what we’re teaching children.
@ONS stats below show the numbers of men who have been stalked and figures including from current/ex partner and cyber stalking.

Guardian report does not give it a single mention, the Children’s Commissioner’s report only does so in passing, but 95% of children strip-searched were boys. Approx 3,200 out of 3,400 in 6 years.
