You can’t just keep increase NLW as business turn to automation, reduce in head count, etc

Look at Council Bin service constantly reducing, NLW will be a key factor.

NLW risen by over 40% since 2020.
Add in NI increase.
How is paid for/recovered? Inflation.
Paying more is not the only answer to Cost of Living crisis. Need for Deflation
