@nickdk Us! With people all over the country sharing their experiences with this company (ours included) and with the learning curve we are all going through with carry out/delivery hopefully we can learn how to move forward without them.
@rockwellandsons@matthewjennings Agreed, we would just be dropping off food in a designated location(like front door step) no interaction with the actual customer. Being able to keep our small restaurant running any way we can will help keep paychecks coming for our team members
@comcastcares You think the service disruption is the main issue? YOUR LINES FELL FROM THE POLE AND ALMOST INJURED SOMEONE, 3 service tickets starting at 330pm today with no response or service tech coming, this is an emergency and almost 8 hours later nobody seems to want to handle anything
@comcastcares also hard to run a business with no phone/internet..we’re a restaurant with no way for people to make reservations or process credit card payments, AND YOUR LINES ALMOST LANDED DIRECTLY ON SOMEONE, just beyond terrible #fuckcomcast
@comcastcares is the absolute worst! YOUR LINES FELL ON OUR PATIO DURING DINNER SERVICE CAUSING SPARKS AND HAD TO EVACUATE DINERS, WAS TOLD SOMEONE WOULD COME, ITS BEEN 3 HOURS...HUGE SAFETY CONCERN BUT I GUESS NOT TO YOU
