@CitImmCanada A friend in the UK has been waiting over a month (more than double est.) for a visitor's visa application, due to fly out this Friday & it looks like it is just a technical problem holding him up that hasn't been dealt with. We have tried webforms, emails, everything 😪

Anything else we can do before we have to cancel the trip? It's way longer than the estimated processing times, biometrics completed and he's never had any visa issues.
