1st May : Call to jio customer care.
I asked process to relocate my connection to another address. They confirmed they have service in that particular building. I make an advance rental payment of 3 months.
Cat and mouse game begins.

3/3 Upon asking refund they informed jio does not provide refund by policy. They could not keep up their own words. But the eventual sufferer is the consumer.
They dont give a tinker's damn to any escalation.

2/3 Cat and mouse game begines. Several requests created for relocation. No calls from anyone. Requests rescheduled, processes, closed without my knowlege without any actuon on ground. Finally on 23rd May they confirmed they dont have services in that building.
