I’ve worked through significant healing, and cried too many tears to continue showing up for those who don’t deserve. Relationships should be equally give and take- no matter the circumstances. sometimes we get too comfortable in our roles as givers to recognize the imbalance.
Today’s message during meditation: “no longer will I be available for anyone who treats me as a last resort.” As an energy worker, and former people pleaser, this is big for me. And I’m finally at the place where I no longer care about “ties”.
