A sixteen year old girl under law can consent to having sex. That’s clear. However people fail to point out that the law has exceptions to consent. A sixteen year old girl consenting to have sex with her father is INCEST. You’ll do jail even though, she’s “not a minor.”
A sixteen year old consenting to have sex with her TEACHER might cause the TEACHER to be jailed for RAPE because the law is that there is a presumption of UNDUE INFLUENCE that cancels the CONSENT.
So if the sixteen year old girl posts herself online and is attracted to another guy and they have sex that’s cool.

IF THE SIXTEEN YEAR OLD HAS SEX WITH HER TEACHER, THERE IS A PRESUMPTION OF UNDUE INFLUENCE WHERE THE TEACHER IS DEEMED TO HAVE SOME LEVEL OF AUTHORITY OVER THE GIRL TO CAUSE HER TO CONSENT TO THE SEX AGAINST HER WISHES.

So the law says a girl consenting to having sex with her teacher can have the consent nullified on the ground that she was unduly influenced and the teacher will be jailed for RAPE.

So most of you saying; “she consented to her teacher” will go to Europe and developed countries and do jail.
