@Geez_Squared@DanielCSUSM@TeddySwap@Cobratate There's sufficient evidence to know you shouldn't be celebrating him. Even ignoring the alleged crimes, half the things he's said is enough to make it obvious he's an awful person not worth listening to.
@technologypoet The first thing on Kujira's website mentions being "semi-permissioned".
Seems odd that you're promoting it while simultaneously being one of the biggest critics of CS on Cardano. Am I missing something, or is it as simple as hypocrisy?
@FrostyyAus@GabsCrypto Gab gets all of their engagement through negativity, inflammatory statements, accusations, strawman arguments, etc. Not someone people should take seriously.
As for the cocky statement, probably just projection.
@CryptoTrump2023@liqwidfinance On AAVE, for most markets you are getting 0.5-3% on stable coins and < 0.5% on ETH. On Compound you're generally earning < 2%. On Venus, you generally get < 2% for non-stable coins. On Solend, you generally get less than 2% lending SOL.
How is Liqwid the lowest?
@CryptoTrump2023@jax_destiny_@liqwidfinance But you also have impermanent loss risks with farming. With lending, you only have smart contract risk.
Also, you may be ignoring the staking + rewards payout that is not represented in the APY.
@MattL_Frog@CryptoTrump2023@liqwidfinance Also, the APY doesn't show the LQ rewards yet and the staking rewards are not fully baked in. So the 3-4% shown is only a small part of the effective yield.
@monad_alexander What I don't get with most of the slippery slope arguments against CS: why does 1 have to precede 2? In other words: why would a govt wait for staking KYC before trying to implement Tx KYC?
I don't quite see a solid slope here.
This debate seems like a great opportunity to practice Steel-manning. In contrast to Straw-manning, where you debate a *weaker* version of someone's argument, in Steel-manning you do your honest, good-faith best to represent the *strongest* form of the other persons argument. 1/
@tsnnst@Quantumplation Did you read the thread?
The debate is about contingent staking and not about applying KYC to the protocol. There's nuance to these debates; it's unhelpful to throw out strawmen.
@beezerlm@KingCyrusCrypto@IOHK_Charles That's not correct. You can easily use his name in the prompt like "write a poem about Donald Trump and Taco Bell".
What is likely happening is that, for that particular prompt, it's wanting to say that's against their "rules" so it blocks it.
@GabsCrypto The first part of the tweet asking about the wallets is fair and valid for due diligence.
The last part of that tweet suggesting the price drop is due to the team dumping was purely speculation. That's not due diligence.
You can do better than that.
