* Sarath Reddy, Hyderabad based biz man, arrested by Enforcement Directorate on November 11, 2022 in Delhi excise case . 

*four days after his arrest, Aurobindo Pharma, a firm founded by his father in which he is a director, pays Rs 5 crore to BJP through electoral bonds. 

* May 2023, when Reddy’s bail plea comes up for hearing, ED does not oppose it, a rarity in PMLA.

*released from prison, Reddy turns approver in case on June 2, 2023.

* Aurobindo Pharma donates another Rs 25 crore to BJP through bonds on November 8, 2023.

Today, a bench of three judges along with her was going to hear Arvind Kejriwal's petition, but assuming the outcome Arvind Kejriwal withdrew his petition.

Bela Trivedi was also in the bench which heard Hemant Soren's petition.

The case of Umar Khalid is also in the same bench of Bela Trivedi,which repeatedly gets adjourned.

Justice Bela Trivedi was deputed as Law Secretary under Narendra Modi when he was the CM of Gujarat in 2004.
