@johanpeitz oh dear this is such a wonderful piece of software. Will surely be purchasing a copy. Do you have an estimate for its release yet? Love your work!
Unity will roll this back, and will introduce less but still predatory policies that, compared to this, will seem far more reasonable, and people will accept it and move on. I beg all of you to consider switching to free and open software. Support @godotengine@madewithgodot
@RealAstropulse Thank you. It's nice to know you're working on it as implausible as the implementation might seem right now. My currency is heavily devaluated right now and it's a steep purchase for me, so I wanted to make sure it fits my needs. It's an impressive piece of software nonetheless.
@deakcor What i think i meant by free camera is, for example, being able to import a 3d model and move the camera closeup to the subject as to get a portrait shot for, maybe, dialogue boxes, as all I've been able to find are the top down, isometric, etc, presets. Is there a way to do so?
@RPGSite if this retains rpgmaker's accessibility and let's you fully utilize unity's features, it might very well be the most powerful entry in the series ever. Excited to see what people can come up w it. 3D "rpgmaker" games should be totally possible with this.
@purnya2 As you can imagine, you can create infinite tokens of said asset, making it virtually value-less, as there's an endless suply. However, the metadata can clearly show which nft came "first", therefore virtualizing its scarcity. It's a lot of manipulation and idle capital.
@purnya2 in the blockchain, the original asset has a public key provided by the artist. When you create a token of it, the buyer has a unique private key that serves as proof of ownership of the instance. All metadata derives from that.
