@Scarborough_GB The doctors will also need to think about alternative drug treatment for the original problem and not restart the ones that caused this. It can be very confusing for family members as the symptoms and treatments can change frequently.

@Scarborough_GB Very high temperatures will need managing if they occur and there are drugs that can reduce muscle stiffness if this is a problem. We commonly would monitor patients in a higher dependency setting to keep a really close eye on them.
