Tiawana Brown is a CONVICTED FELON who already served federal prison time for fraud, years before Charlotte NC voters put her on the City Council.

Her daughters ALSO pleaded guilty, admitting they pocketed TENS OF THOUSANDS of dollars too..

All three have admitted it, all three were found guilty.

Tiawana was looking at up to 20 YEARS in prison...

...but of course, she didn't get 20 years.

Instead BOTH daughters received ZERO prison time.
