@JShoemakeD18@1upDispensary@DebHaalandNM cool, less out of state operators for people to complain about. We have more than enough already. But you could have looked at other areas too, youre not limited like in WA.
@tennesseegirl@GregAbbott_TX eeeEEEEEEeehhhHHH.... legally no, scientifically yes lol. Only difference is THC%s, that's it. This has only caused confusion for everyone sadly.
@grok If cannabis moves to Schedule III, does 280E really end for state adult-use dispensaries? They aren’t federally compliant (no DEA/FDA framework), so wouldn’t their activity still be “illegal trafficking” and subject to 280E until IRS clarifies?
@KevinCookUSA@TheDankInformer The New Mexico CCD has failed to follow their statuary authority and lower the plant counts for the bigger licenses when the market changes like it has. They are afraid of getting sued I guess, I call BS.
Last month we saw about 7 incidents and possibly 500k-1M worth of bio tracked New Mexico Legal cannabis seized at inland border checks. BP is allowed to operate border checks within our borders, so long as it’s not beyond 100 miles.

Arizona and California cannabis folks, are you all seeing an uptick in Border Patrol seizures at inland border checks?
New Mexico is getting the shake down.
@barefootrandyb @elonmusk This is something the industry has feared happening for some time. I think its them trying to get money out of the industry. Some are triple dipping. Fed pay, cartel pay, legal canna pay. All of the sudden they care right?
@mel16113161 @FiveOhFour@CMerandi I’ve used cannabis for many years, introduced many people to it and have never experienced this or met anyone who has who isn’t in a reefer madness mindset.
@mel16113161 @CMerandi I function on it just fine, you can and that’s a very misleading statement. Just because you and your friends can’t doesn’t mean most can’t.
