There needs to be deep analysis of past failings of this organisation, an audit of orgs funded under equity 365 given @royalgreenwich apparent funding of it. This appears to be mainly a legacy before the new administration, but it behoves the leading political parties to action.
Please see the following report the Metro Charity Race Report it makes for sober reading especially if you are black or minoritised @thirdsector https://t.co/Z30tRKr9mH
Woolwich Front Room Opportunity: The Council are seeking expressions of interest, (it would be good to see demographic representation in the space). open day WFR Monday 13 March 10am-6pm You can register your interest Tel: 020 8921 5646. Deadline: 17 March RBG Regeneration dept
It would be good if @royalgreenwich proceeds to have a conversation with its community of what we want of our entertainment venues, should be a broader public conversation about the how public money is spent?

@Royal_Greenwich interesting idea? It could be of use to have independent, inter departmental, community and demographically representative personel on local funding panels. It would broaden the decision making pool.

We opened by setting the scene and talking about how racism and colonialism is deeply embedded within the charity sector as it stands today. Looking at the history of the sector and how white supremacy culture shapes the way organisations do things.
We ran a session at #WeMoveSummit on racism in the charity sector. We came together with 60 POC from across the UK to imagine what a charity sector that really worked to dismantle systemic racism would look like. This blog collects those ideas.

A colleague sent me this excellent article. I feel here we should be posting ideas on cultural awareness and how not to be exploited as a black or minoritised person in the@thirdsector . This is an excellent article https://t.co/EgAuhLAM1E
